Club Events

Several time a year the ACRC helps out at events like parades, festivals, fun runs, fire works and more.  These events tend to be fun and several are great family events.  There is nothing like having a guaranteed front row seat at a fireworks event or parade. Check out the club calendar for more information.

ACRC Emergency Services and Anoka-ARES

As listed in our long name, the ACRC also provides supplemental communications support in times of need.  The ACRC has a reciprocal agreement with Anoka-ARES to support and coordinate drills and events throughout the year. If you are interested in putting your name on the list to help out, please contact Dave Runkle - KC0KEP (the Anoka County E.C.) or one of the other board members. If you are looking for more information an Anoka-ARES, please follow this link to the Anoka-AREA web site at http://www.anoka-ares.org.

Repeaters

We sponsor and operate two repeaters - a two-meter repeater at 146.670 MHz and a 1.25-meter repeater at 224.940 MHz.  For more details on the club's repeaters, please check out the Repeater Status page.
